We are looking for a Team Evolve Engineer to join our team. The Role

We are looking for an individual who is enthusiastic and eager to learn to join our Team. We have a strong focus on skill development within the business and will provide technical training plans, including time off to study. You will have experience working in IT support environment. You will be comfortable completing activities assigned either as part of a team or working on your own.

Key duties, but not limited too

  • Undertake, manage and report on technical project work
  • Ability to work across several customers.
  • Complete tasks within the time allotted
  • Being able to communicate with customers at all levels
  • Escalation point for technical queries
  • Technical SMEs for specific technologies
  • Team leading experience
  • Effective communication with requesters in a clear, positive, and professional manner
  • Serve as first point of contact for reporting technical issues
  • Accurately diagnose client technical issues; gather the necessary information; and perform standard, preliminary research using all relevant available resources
  • Provide remote access support
  • Effectively implement the steps found in available resources by following the instructions.
  • Clearly and thoroughly document requests for assistance in ticket management system, and track request through to resolution/escalation
  • Escalate requests to next level where necessary.
  • Ensure tickets are responded to within Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

  • Excellent information gathering skills
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Excellent time management
  • Able to work with minimal supervision
  • Able to handle high-volume of work efficiently
  • Professional, accountable, and resourceful “team player” mindset
  • Good knowledge of Windows 10/11
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 user management  
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory user management
